BOOKING POLICY
ONLINE BOOKINGS
one night's tariff taken when booked through the website.
AGES
Adults: from age 14 years and above
Child: between the ages of 5 and 13 years
Infant: under the age of 5 years - please advise in your booking notes the number of infants in your group
CANCELLATION POLICY
GENERAL bookings (1 Mar to 14 Dec)
Refund of monies is based on the number of days’ notice of cancellation received as follows:
No Show 100% non-refundable
1 – 6 days 100% non-refundable unless site/cabin/unit is re-sold for all nights of original booking
7 – 15 days 1 night's tariff unless site/cabin/unit is re-sold for all nights of original booking
16 days onwards less $25 administration fee per site/cabin/unit
SUMMER bookings (15 Dec to 28 Feb)
Refund of payment less $25 administration fee (per site/cabin/unit) if notice of cancellation is received before 31st November.
Payment is non-refundable from 1st December unless site/cabin/unit is re-sold for all nights of original booking less administration fee of $25 per site/cabin/unit.
Change of dates (if available) may incur an administration fee of $25.
Any outstanding balances must be settled prior to or on arrival. No refunds for early departures.
